# convertToVLRY

## Description

The `convertToVLRY` function is a synchronous function that converts an amount from USD to VLRY based on a predefined exchange rate. 

The function takes a USD amount as input and calculates the equivalent amount in VLRY using the exchange rate.

## Parameters
